Fastena II divested its only property, Bryggan 2 in Malmö, to Annehem Fastigheter in February 2025. The platform is subsequently under de-establishment.
By the time of the divestment the property contained strong counterparties within the community service sector such as the City of Malmö (pre-school), Region Skåne (health centre), Coop and Apoteket.
