Axel Berke is an Associate of Investor Relations. Mr. Berke’s primary responsibilities include capital raising and secondary trading.

Mr. Berke has approximately five years of work experience. Prior to joining ABG Fastena, Mr. Berke was employed by the property advisor New Property, where he focused on leasing and business development. Mr. Berke has capital markets experience from his time at Vinga Securities where his main responsibilities were bond and equity sales.

Mr. Berke holds a BSc in Hospitality from Örebro University as well as studies at IHM Business School.

Andreas Birgersson is one of the three founding partners and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Mr. Birgersson’s primary responsibilities include deal origination and execution.

Mr. Birgersson has more than 20 years of work experience. Prior to founding ABG Fastena, Mr. Birgersson was one of the founders of the financial advisory firm Pangea Property Partners and CEO of the Swedish operations. Mr. Birgersson has been involved in several of the largest and most complex real estate transactions in the Nordics with a combined asset value in excess of SEK 100 billion.

Previous experience include Lundberg & Partners. Mr. Birgersson holds a M.Sc. in Engineering, focused on Real Estate Economics and Finance, from Lund University, Faculty of Engineering.

Jesper Johansson is a Finance Manager in the Asset Management department. Mr. Johansson’s primary responsibilities include financial monitoring and reporting.

Mr. Johansson has more than 7 years of work experience. Prior to joining ABG Fastena, Mr. Johansson was a controller at Trophi Fastigheter. Previous experience include audit work at Ernst & Young with a particular focus on real estate companies.

Mr. Johansson holds a B.Sc. in Business and Economics from Luleå University of Technology.

Jarkko Lehtonen’s primary responsibilities include deal origination and execution in Finland.  Mr. Lehtonen has nearly 20 years of experience from the real estate sector. Prior to ABG Fastena, Mr. Lehtonen was the co-founder and portfolio manager of the UB Nordic Property Fund. In total, Mr. Lehtonen has been involved in either buy or sell side transactions worth approximately EUR 1,5 billion.

Previous experience includes Kesko and local asset management assignment for Sveafastigheter. Mr. Lehtonen holds a M.Sc. in Engineering from Helsinki University of Technology (currently Aalto University).

Lena Lidman is an Associate in the Investment Management department. Miss Lidman’s primary responsibilities include deal origination and execution.

Miss Lidman has more than three years of work experience. Prior to joining ABG Fastena, Miss Lidman was a Senior Associate at PwC Real Estate, with a particular focus on financial due diligence of real estate companies. Miss Lidman has also worked at the Swedish residential developer JM.

Miss Lidman holds a M.Sc. in Engineering, focused on Real Estate Economics and Finance, from Lund University, Faculty of Engineering.

Olle Lindahl is a Finance Manager in the Asset Management department. Mr. Lindahl’s primary responsibilities include financial monitoring and reporting.

Mr. Lindahl has more than 5 years of work experience. Prior to joining ABG Fastena, Mr. Lindahl was an authorised public accountant at Ernst & Young with a particular focus on auditing real estate companies.

Mr. Lindahl holds a B.Sc. in Business and Economics from University of Gothenburg, School of Business, Economics and Law.

Per Nisses is one of the three founding partners and Head of Investor Relations. Mr. Nisses’ primary responsibilities include capital raising and secondary trading.

Mr. Nisses has nearly 15 years of work experience. Prior to founding ABG Fastena, Mr. Nisses co-founded Arctic Capital AB, where he acted as Managing Director focusing on capital raising and secondary trading. Mr. Nisses has an extensive investor network, in Sweden as well as internationally.

Previous experience include Pareto Securities, Wallich & Matthes, 3i Group and European Capital (now LGT Capital Partners). Mr. Nisses holds a M.Sc. in Business and Economics from Lund University.

Philip Söderqvist is one of the three founding partners and Head of Investments. Mr. Söderqvist’s primary responsibilities include deal origination and execution.

Mr. Söderqvist has more than 10 years of work experience. Prior to founding ABG Fastena, Mr. Söderqvist was Equity Partner and Head of Project Finance at Pareto Securities where he was responsible for the firm’s real asset investments in Sweden and Finland. In total, Mr. Söderqvist has conducted real estate and infrastructure acquisitions worth approximately SEK 30 billion. Experience does also include several listings and bond issues within the real estate sector, for instance the largest ever sole IPO in the Nordics.

Previous experience include Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield and Nordanö. Mr. Söderqvist holds a M.Sc. in Real Estate Finance from University of Reading and a B.Sc. in Real Estate and Finance from Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) coupled with a B.Sc. in Economics from Stockholm University.
