Andreas Birgersson is one of the three founding partners and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Mr. Birgersson’s primary responsibilities include deal origination and execution.

Mr. Birgersson has more than 25 years of work experience. Prior to founding ABG Fastena, Mr. Birgersson was one of the founders of the financial advisory firm Pangea Property Partners and CEO of the Swedish operations. Mr. Birgersson has been involved in several of the largest and most complex real estate transactions in the Nordics with a combined asset value in excess of SEK 100 billion.

Previous experience include Lundberg & Partners. Mr. Birgersson holds a M.Sc. in Engineering, focused on Real Estate Economics and Finance, from Lund University, Faculty of Engineering.

Jesper Johansson is a Portfolio Manager in the Asset Management department. Mr. Johansson’s primary responsibilities include financial monitoring and reporting.

Mr. Johansson has more than 7 years of work experience. Prior to joining ABG Fastena, Mr. Johansson was a controller at Trophi Fastigheter. Previous experience include audit work at Ernst & Young with a particular focus on real estate companies.

Mr. Johansson holds a B.Sc. in Business and Economics from Luleå University of Technology.

Olle Lindahl is a Portfolio Manager in the Asset Management department. Mr. Lindahl’s primary responsibilities include financial monitoring and reporting.

Mr. Lindahl has more than 5 years of work experience. Prior to joining ABG Fastena, Mr. Lindahl was an authorised public accountant at Ernst & Young with a particular focus on auditing real estate companies.

Mr. Lindahl holds a B.Sc. in Business and Economics from University of Gothenburg, School of Business, Economics and Law.

Per Nisses is one of the three founding partners and Head of Investor Relations. Mr. Nisses’ primary responsibilities include capital raising and secondary trading.

Mr. Nisses has more than 18 years of work experience. Prior to founding ABG Fastena, Mr. Nisses co-founded Arctic Capital AB, where he acted as Managing Director focusing on capital raising and secondary trading. Mr. Nisses has an extensive investor network, in Sweden as well as internationally.

Previous experience include Pareto Securities, Wallich & Matthes, 3i Group and European Capital (now LGT Capital Partners). Mr. Nisses holds a M.Sc. in Business and Economics from Lund University.
